If you're looking to improve a specific skill, the app offers a variety of classes to challenge your strength, flexibility and balance! The classes offer options for students to modify or intensify poses, based on the level they are at!

Oh Yes! Everyone will have their own personal profile on the app. This profile will track:
- Daily Streak
- Total Time Practicing
- Total Sessions Completed
- Yoga Journey Tracker that shows you which classes you've completed on which day!
+ What are the benefits of a daily yoga practice?
Yoga will change your life... but to experience this transformation, you need to show up to your mat regularly!
Physically... Yoga will help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body! You'll start to build more flexibility and strength. Over time, poses that used to feel impossible will start to become possible and you'll notice the changes in your daily life. You're sleeping better, you experience less pain and discomfort throughout your day, and you'll better be able to do the things you love in life!
Then the good stuff starts to happen...
You start to feel more space being created, not just in your physical body, but in your mind as well.
You're not stressed out or angry about the things that use to piss you off. You're noticing the small things in life and how truly important they are. You're able to breathe deep and relax in tough situations. You're happier than you have ever been before... and you feel a deeper connection and love for this life you are living, and also for YOURSELF.
Of course, every person will have their own unique experience from daily yoga practice. But I can say that starting a daily yoga practice has positively changed my life more ways than I ever could have imagined!
+ What kind of equipment will I need?
The only equipment you must have will be a yoga mat!

These are not required! However, if yoga is something you see yourself doing regularly, I highly recommend you get some blocks and a strap. I promise you'll get a ton of use out of them! But don't let this hold you back, if you don't have these you can also use thick hardcover books in place of a block and a belt or scarf in place of a strap.
